HARKER Valerie Janet ''nee Eden" On 17th October, peacefully in hospital after a short illness aged 78 years, of Sunningdale, Leyburn, formerly of Westfield Farm, Wensley. Beloved wife of the late Joe Harker, dearly loved mother of Sandra and Angela and a much loved mother-in-law, grandma and sister to Hilary. A private graveside service will be followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at Leyburn Methodist Church on Tuesday 26th October, at 2.00pm. No flowers please, donations if desired will be shared between Macmillan Cancer Support and Leyburn Methodist Church (plate in Church) or may be sent c/o Sanderson & Co Funeral Directors, Leyburn Business Park, Harmby Road, Leyburn, N Yorks, DL8 5QA. Will friends please meet at the Church.
