WELBURN Carl Aubrey On 26th October, tragically aged 47 years, of Harmby Road, Leyburn. Beloved son of Aubrey and Jackie Welburn, dearly loved fiancé of Nickie, much loved father of Lewis and Georgia and a very dear brother to Rory. Funeral service at Leyburn Methodist Church on Monday 8th November at 12 noon followed by private family interment. Family flowers only please, donations if desired will be shared between The Great North Air Ambulance and Yorkshire Cancer Research (plate in Church) or may be sent direct to the charities or c/o Sanderson & Co Funeral Directors, Leyburn Business Park, Harmby Road, Leyburn North Yorks DL8 5QA. Will friends please meet at the Church. Mourners are still requested to wear a face covering in church and provide details for track and trace. Please feel free to wear a music T-shirt for Carl.

Dear Carl, I was first blessed to meet you and your beautiful partner in crime four and a half years ago. Every time you both frequented my place of work, you always had the biggest of smiles , and, time to have a laugh and joke. I didn’t know you very long, but, felt like I had known you a lifetime. You were a big man with a big heart of gold, and, always had the gift to put a smile on anyone’s face and lighten the darkest of any room. You will be deeply missed by myself and very many more. My love and thoughts go out to all your family and those who loved you deeply. Never forgotten, always remembered fondly. P.S the next vodka and coke is on me… God Bless 😔
