TIBBITT Alan Victor Peacefully at home on 10th December. Much loved dad and grandad and North Yorkshire's Number 1 Supporter of West Ham United. Private family Funeral to take place on 17th January 2022.

So sad to hear Alan has died. I worked with him at NYCC Social Services and he was an absolute gentleman and great boss. He also helped me get back into work after a break to have my children. I will always be very grateful to him for his help.
His passion for West Ham was incredible and always remember the number of geraniums he brought in the office!
He had a great sense of humour.
My thoughts have been with his daughter and family at this sad time

Dear Alan - really sad to hear about your passing - top class person and work colleague/boss - enjoyed immensely our time working together for NYCC Social Services, time spent in the Golden Lion and travelling round the North East with you to watch The 'Ammers' - Rest in Peace
