LACEY Patricia Peacefully at home, with her family around her, Pat aged 80 years. Dearly loved mum to Richard, Karen and Matthew and a much loved mother-in-law to Sarah, Andy and Andrea. A special grandma to Scott, Emily, Tom, Jed and Max, great-grandma to Charlie. Pat will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Hambleton Crematorium, Maple Park on Tuesday 16th August at 11.30am. family flowers only, donations in lieu to be given to Macmillan Cancer Support.
