McMAHON Catherine Ann (Of Richmond) It is with great sadness we announce the death of Catherine, who passed away at home surrounded by family on 17th September aged 80 years. She died peacefully having been attended to daily by teams of Nurses from NHS and Herriot Hospice. Her funeral is arranged for Monday, 3rd October commencing with a Requiem Mass at 10:30am at St Joseph and St Francis Xavier Church in Richmond followed by a private burial. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to Herriot Hospice Homecare. Enquiries to John Blenkiron and Sons, 01748 850033.

Very sad to hear of the passing of Mrs McMahon. She was my teacher at school in Hong Kong and I always admired her clothes and sense of style! From Hong Kong I went to the Convent in Richmond where Mrs McMahon's daughter, Julia, was also at school. She was a very kind and glamorous lady and my thoughts are with her loved ones.
