BOWES Hilda Peacefully at home on 20th February, Hilda aged 98 years of Thirsk. Dearly loved wife of the late Norman, a much loved and loving mum to Joy, Jan and Angie and mother-in-law to Morgan, Tony and Graham. A devoted grandma ("Grun") to Katie, Anthony Jessica, Sally and Ben and a great-grandma to her very special great-grandchildren. Hilda will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to take place at St. Mary's Church, Thirsk on Thursday 9th March at 12noon followed by a private cremation. Family flowers only by request.
