WINDWOOD Christine nee Bousfield Christine passed away peacefully on 16th November 2023, aged 60 years. Dearly beloved wife to Ralph of 37 years and loving mammy to Bethany. Much loved sister to Ian and Auntie to Samuel. A friend to many. Christine worked for 30 years in education as a teacher, headteacher and lastly as an adviser for North Yorkshire County Council. Her work was a true vocation and touched the lives of many. The family wishes to thank the many friends who have given great encouragement and support, including those from Northallerton and Chester-le-Street Methodist Churches who have upheld them in prayer. The funeral will take place at Northumberland Crematorium, Felton, NE65 9QJ on Wednesday 29th November at 12.30pm. Family flowers only. Donations if desired can be made to North Northumberland HospiceCare and The Methodist Church, Northallerton for which a donation box will be available at the service.
