CLARKE Mary Crossley of Fremington-in-Swaledale, former teacher at Risedale School, died unexpectedly but peacefully at home on 11th November, aged 87 years. Beloved wife of the late Chris, much loved mum of David and Brenda, dear mother-in-law to Stuart and loving granny to Jarvis and Georgia. At Mary's request, a private cremation will take place, however a Service of Thanksgiving for Mary's life will be held at St. Andrew's Church, Grinton on Thursday 14th December at 1.00pm. Friends please meet at the church. Donations in lieu of flowers may be given at the Service, to be shared between 'All We Can' and Church Funds.
