THORPE Doris (nee Plant) Formerly of Wathcote Close, Richmond, Leyburn and Grinton, died peacefully at Nightingale Hall Nursing Home, Richmond on 10th September, aged 96 years. Beloved wife of the late Tommy, much loved mum of Terry and the late Margaret, dear mother-in-law to Julie, a loving nanna and great-nanna and dearest sister to Margaret and the late Bessie. Funeral Service at St. Matthew's Church, Leyburn on Friday 4th October at 11.30am followed by interment in Leyburn Cemetery. Friends please meet at the church. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired may be given at the Service to be shared between The Great North Air Ambulance and Church Funds.
