HALTON John Richard Garbutt (Jack) In loving memory of Uncle Jack, who died on December 18 2009, who would have been 100 on August 2, 2015. He lived his entire 94 years in Askrigg, where he and his older sister Ruth (married name Eastwood) were brought up at the Kings Arms Hotel. Jack was a dalesman through and through and was well liked and respected by all who knew him. Uncle Jack and I spent many happy times together and he is very sadly missed by his closest living blood relative John (nephew of Jack and son of Ruth).
