SIXTY members of a karate club have gained their belts.

The Stokesley Karate Club members range from five to 65-year-olds.

Instructor Andy Sheridan said: "All members of the group work very hard every week so it's great to see them achieving their belts.

"The club has been going for 15 years and has seen a huge number of people pass through its ranks.

"It has a very friendly environment and is a gear place to come."

The club meets at Stokesley Leisure Centre every Friday from 6pm.
