A total of 14 more people have died from Covid-19 over the last weekly period in the North East as deaths increase across the country.
In Darlington three more people died from Coronavirus in the latest weekly period.
A total of 391 people have died in the town following updated figures on the Coronavirus dashboard on October 13.
This is up from the 388 deaths last recorded on September 8.
Included in the figures is anyone who died within 28 days of a positive test result for Covid-19.
In County Durham, there were a further eight more deaths recorded over the latest weekly period.
This brings the total number of people who have died in the area up to 1,965, up from the previous total of 1,957 on September 8.

Across the North East there have been a total of 9,314 recorded since the start of the pandemic.
Deaths in Hambleton increased by one after the latest weekly update bringing the total number up to 231.
This is up from the 230 total recorded back on September 8.
In Richmondshire there have been two more deaths bringing the total to 121, an increase from 119 back in September.

They were among 17,237 deaths recorded in Yorkshire and The Humber since the start of the pandemic.
Across England as a whole, a total of 167,949 deaths were recorded on October 13, up from 167,176 last week.
