Traffic is set to be disrupted as roads are closed to prepare for a national cycling championship, which gets underway in the region tomorrow.
The British National Road Championships, which will begin at Croft circuit in Dalton-on-Tees, near Darlington, on Wednesday (June 21), will see a number of roads closed to prepare for the race.
Sections of the B1623, a section of the A167 Northallerton Road, and West Lane, in Dalton, will be closed from 9am to 4.30pm tomorrow.
Diversions have been put in place for motorists travelling in the area tomorrow.
Later this week, the championships will be heading to Redcar seafront on Friday (June 23) and concluding in Saltburn on Sunday (June 25).

Four jerseys will be available on the day, one each for the under-23 women, under-23 men, elite women, and elite men categories.
The race will begin and end in the pit lane at the circuit, a tricky 3.3km motor racing circuit, before moving to a 10.3km lap around the roads of Dalton-on-Tees.
The U-23 men, U-23 women and elite women categories will race for two laps which equals 27.4km, while the elite men will complete three laps of the course, totalling 41.4km.
The race will feature former Tour de France winner Geraint Thomas, joined by his Ineos Grenadiers squad of Ben and Connor Swift, Ben Turner, Josh Tarling, Ben Tulett and Leo Hayter.
Local rider and former under-23 time-trial national champion Charlie Tanfield will be lining up with hopes of pulling on the British jersey once again.
