More than 50 eager zumba fans descended on a car park for a calorie-busting three hours of dance on Saturday.
The event, organised by freelance instructor Emma Blackmore, took place between 11am and 2pm outside Liberty Health Club and Richmond Swimming Pool.
It was held to raise funds to support the charity that runs the facilities.
One participant, Maren Nash said: "What a great event, bringing people together of all ages, I can’t wait for next summer’s event."
Austin Gordon, Richmond Leisure Trust's general manager, said: "This is the first time Emma has done her zumbathon at Liberty Health Club and what an incredible event she put on. We are really grateful that Emma chose to support our charity.
"Our charity not only runs and manages sports facilities but supports the wider wellbeing of residents. With the pool set to reopen in three weeks we are really exited to be having Emma back with her very popular aquafit."
