More than £18,400 raised through the renowned Barn That Rocks concert has been presented to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
It brings the total raised for charity through the annual Barn That Rocks concert organised by farmer Peter Fall and his family at their home near Patrick Brompton, Bedale, to an amazing £125,985.
Peter was invited to the Nostell Air Support Unit to hand over this year's cheque to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance, along with wife Barbara, daughter Lauren and supporters who help stage the annual concert.
Peter said: “We were very warmly welcomed and given a tour of the state of the art facilities which keep the helicopters airborne.

"The YAA were very grateful for the donation, they are a charity and need to raise the money to operate the service themselves and it brought home just how vital the air ambulance is.
“I really want to say thank you to everyone who has helped raise this money, not only at this year's event but at all the previous concerts which has meant we have been able to reach this astonishing total of £125,985. I really am so grateful for all the support.”
Next year's event has already been arranged with bands booked for June 1, 2024 with the proceeds once again being donated to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
