Dog lovers across the region gathered to show off their pets at the "ultimate" canine event at a County Durham park.
Attendees gathered in Deer Park, near Raby Castle, with their pooches in tow on Sunday (October 29) to take part in the Bark in the Park event.
It hosted a range of events including various activities for the dogs, as well as demonstrations of agility to show what man's best friend can really do.
Pictures of the event saw owners revelling in the cold conditions - with many dogs spotted sporting warmers and people decked out in raincoats.
A Bark in the Park spokesperson said: "Join us for a paw-some time at Bark in the Park this October – the ultimate dog event in the picturesque Deer Park at Raby Castle!
"Expect tail-wagging fun, dog competitions and local market traders."
The event also included guided dog walks as people took in the beauty of the parkland and explored their surroundings.
Categories at the show included “Loveliest Lady,” “Golden Oldie,” “Best Trick,” “Young Handler,” “Rescue Rascal” and “Most Look Like Their Owner.”
There were various trade stalls present at the event, with many selling dog accessories, treats and other items.
Adding to this, it also boasted a pop-up photography studio where owners could take pictures with their beloved pets.
Paw print ceramics and ceramic painting for children were also available to round out the offer.
Meanwhile, a Canine chiropractic expert also attended the event to help owners further understand their dogs' needs.
