A teenager has been arrested following a stabbing incident last night that saw emergency services swarm Norton High Street.
Cleveland Police has confirmed that they were called to reports of a stabbing around 8.25pm on Norton High Street, near Boots chemist.
One person to Darlington Memorial Hospital by the North East Ambulance Service after being alerted to an incident last night (Saturday, February 3).
The 20-year-old man suffered minor wounds to his back and chest, but these are not believed to be life-threatening.

An 18-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of section 18 GBH. He remains in police custody at this time.
A spokesperson from the North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) has confirmed they attended the incident in Norton last night.
They said: "We were called to an incident on Norton High Street at 8.40 last night. We dispatched a double-crewed ambulance and transported one patient to Darlington Memorial Hospital."
A spokesperson for Cleveland Police said: "Police were called to a report of a stabbing around 8:25 pm on Norton High Street, near Boots chemist.
"A 20-year-old man suffered minor wounds to his back and chest and was taken to Darlington Memorial Hospital for treatment. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
"An 18-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of section 18 GBH. He remains in police custody at this time.
"Any witnesses or anyone with information are asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101, quoting reference number 2402038.
"Enquiries are ongoing."
