A motorcyclist was airlifted to hospital after a crash in the Yorkshire Dales.
The man in his 30s from Bolton was riding a green and black Kawasaki on the B6479 from Settle towards Ribblehead when it left the road and hit a dry stone wall on Sunday.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: "He was taken to hospital by air ambulance following the incident, which happened at 11am, and remains in a critical condition.
"Emergency services attended the scene and we are now appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage who has not yet spoken to us.
"In particular, we’d like to speak to the occupants of a silver Skoda Citigo which was travelling towards Settle who may have seen the incident."
