The Deer Shed Festival in North Yorkshire has unveiled its complete line-up for 2024, promising music, comedy shows, literary readings, and more, suited to all ages.

The musical headliners include British ensemble Bombay Bicycle Club, renowned band The Coral, and the talented Brit nominee, CMAT.

Bombay Bicycle Club, known for their creativity and significance to the British music genre, scored their latest chart-busting album ‘My Big Day’ at number 3 in the UK.

Even more accolades to their name include a Number 1 album, Mercury Prize nomination and an Ivor Novello Award.

It will be their first ever appearance at Deer Shed.

The Coral, another headline attraction, have been making ground-breaking music since their debut in the early 2000s.

They garnered praise for their album ‘Sea of Mirrors’ and are expected to captivate audiences on the Friday night prime slot.

CMAT, a manor festival favourite, who recently performed on Jools Holland and The Graham Norton Show is returning to headlines Sunday's performance.

The line up doesn’t stop there, with special guests BC Camplight and musical group Los Bitchos gracing the stage, alongside Stornoway, returning with their newly launched album.

The Deer Shed Festival also delivers laughter alongside music. The Horne Section, recognised as "Britain's Funniest Band" by The Guardian, will be the comedy headliner.

With their combination of comedy and music, the band known for their appearances on hit shows like The Last Leg and Never Mind The Buzzcocks, is sure to have festival-goers in splits.

Further diversifying the festival, the platform will also host literary and spoken word performances, featuring Greater Manchester mayor Andy Burnham, Vanessa Kisuule and Simon Armitage among others on the newly dedicated Buckendz stage.

The festival runs at Baldersby Park, near Thirsk, from July 26 to 29. See https://www.deershedfestival.com/ for more information.
