The property up for sale is a freehold "substantial corner building", with prices starting at £200,000 - which has been set by the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
It is positioned on Larchfield Street, to the north of its junction with Conisliffe Road.
The A1(M) is to the west, and for train commuters, rail services run from the nearby Darlington station.
The town centre of Darlington is towards the east of the property and South Park is located southwards.
