The site of a former Costa Coffee in Leyburn has been put on the market for £25,000.
The High Street premises is in a prime trading position.
Estate agents, J R Hopper and Co, described the building as a "Good Internal Condition" and opened up possibilities for a flexible new lease, with an alternative to purchase the freehold.
Once a Costa Coffee, it is a 1,831 square foot space. Developers will be adding their finishing touches by completing roofing and sound insulation work by October.
"There is the possibility of subletting one or more rooms to other businesses", the agents stated, highlighting the flexibility of the layout and its potential to support multiple franchises.
The former Costa Coffee unit is on the ground floor of what was the HSBC bank.
Above, the building is being transformed into flats and apartments.
The estate agents emphasized: "The layout lends itself to a number of uses, in a prime high street position."
