Teesside Hospice has partnered with Hardwick Hall to launch a spooky Halloween event for children and families.

The 'Skelebration' will take place on October 27, from 11am to 3pm, at Hardwick Hall.

The event is designed to be a fun day out, while also raising funds for Teesside Hospice.

There will be professional entertainment and Halloween-themed games, with face painters on hand to help transform attendees into their favourite spooky characters.

Stalls will offer a variety of goodies, and parents can participate in a tombola and raffles.

A disco will feature spooky soundtracks for those keen to take to the dance floor.

Tickets include party food for all attendees, with hot dogs, burgers, fries, and other treats available.

Tickets for the event are £20 per person, with children under three going free.

All profits from the event will go towards supporting those living with a terminal illness at Teesside Hospice.

A spokesperson for Teesside Hospice said: "Join Teesside Hospice on Sunday, October 27, between 11am and 3pm, at the spectacular Hardwick Hall for a spooky skelebration with all of you wizards and witches.

"Get ready to transform yourself with face painters for the Halloween-themed games, and wander through stalls that offer a variety of goodies.

"Participating parents can keep busy with tombola and raffles on the day.

"Your tickets include the best party food for participating wizards and witches, with hot dogs, burgers, fries and a variety of tasty treats to indulge in.

"Not only will you have a frightfully good time, but you'll also be supporting those living with a terminal illness, as all profit from the event goes directly to the care and support given to local people at Teesside Hospice."
