Police are investigating a serious assault in a Northallerton bar which left a woman needing hospital treatment.
It happened at about midnight, between Saturday and Sunday, September 14 and 15, in Zoo Bar, and involved a woman being struck on the side of the head, potentially with a glass.
Her injuries required hospital treatment.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: "Following the extensive police investigation to date, a 19-year-old male has been arrested and is currently on police bail.
"We’re appealing for anyone else who witnessed the assault, or may have mobile phone footage, to come forward.
