The Band of the Brigade of Gurkhas will play its unique mix of music next month when it performs in North Yorkshire.

The concert, at The Garden Rooms, Leyburn, will include a lively mix of Western and Nepali music, a selection of rousing military tunes and the famous Gurkha pipers.

Previous concerts have been described as “a night at the proms - Gurkha style!”.

The concert will be held at Tennants on Monday, November 4 at 6pm. All proceeds will go towards the work of The Gurkha Welfare Trust, with tickets starting at £16 and are available here.

Money from the concert will help the trust to provide vital support to Gurkha veterans, their families, and communities in Nepal, such as essential financial and medical aid. The trust also works with communities to provide access to clean water and education.
