Santa Claus is coming to town next month as the Darlington Round Table prepares for another sleigh ride around Darlington.
Every Christmas for more than 40 years, the group bring the magic of Father Christmas to streets across the region, while raising money for local charities.
The annual tradition raises thousands of pounds for a string of charities, with previous support going to the likes of Sofia’s Story, Charlie’s Story, and Darlington Women’s Refuge.
And this year will be no different - with adults and kids alike taking to the streets to catch a glimpse of Kris Kringle himself - who will also be switching on the Christmas lights at Darlington Market in just a matter of days.
Here are all the dates:
Sunday, December 8 - Middleton St George
Monday, December 9 - Red Hall, Lingfield, and Firthmoor
Tuesday, December 10 - Branksome, West Park, and High Grange
Wednesday, December 11 - Mowden and Hummersknott
Thursday, December 12 - Brinkburn and The Denes
Sunday, December 15 - Hurworth
Monday, December 16 - Harrowgate Hill and North Road
Tuesday, December 17 - Conniscliffe and Elton Road
Wednesday, December 18 - Whinfield and Springfield
Thursday, December 19 - Skerne Park
Saturday, December 21 - High Row
There are still some opportunities to sponsor the sleigh ride this year, with the Darlington Round Table posting on Facebook: “We love bringing Santa's Sleigh to Darlington, and it only happens thanks to the generosity and dedication of our sponsors.
“We still have some opportunities to sponsor the Sleigh available - it's a great way to support a beloved Darlington tradition, give back to the community, and get your brand out there! Please drop us a line if you'd like to get involved.”
