THE North York Moors Chamber Music Festival Trust is promoting two concerts this weekend by Min-Jin Kym on violin, Jamie Walton, cello, and Daniel Grimwood on piano.
The first is tonight at 7pm in St Mary’s Church, Lastingham, when they will play Beethoven’s piano trio in B flat major, Faure’s piano trio in D minor and Tchaikovsky’s piano trio in A minor.
Tomorrow, 7pm, at St Hilda’s Priory, Sneaton Castle, Whitby, the trio will play Schubert’s piano trio in B flat major, Rachmaninov’s trio elegiaque no 1 in G minor and Smetana’s piano trio in G Minor.
