Sir, – Hooray – no more Skeeby speed bumps! What a relief.
I have no idea if this is a permanent absence or only temporary. However, what I do notice is that I am much more motivated to keep to the speed limit now that there are no speed bumps to feel resentful about. It is as though I am keen to give the council the message: “Treat us as adults. We can keep to the speed limit without ruining our cars.”
