Sir, – May I take this opportunity to thank, very sincerely, all the people who have supported Ripon Dog Training Society whether as a member, a competitor, a judge or just a friendly supporter.
We have had some good times and some sad times, we have shared many laughs and endured all kinds of weather at our shows, met many lovely people through our obedience classes and helped many people with their problems over the years, but everyone we have met has been great.
Sadly, the time has come to reluctantly close the society after 44 years due to various unforeseen circumstances, including retirements, changes of circumstance and health problems.
May I wish everyone all the best for the future and hope that maybe there is an experienced person in the area who may be able to offer some training in the future.
