CROFT Circuit is hosting three rounds of the 2022 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship on June 25/26 and in preparation, most of the teams and drivers are making their way to the North Yorkshire track for an exclusive test on Wednesday, April 6.
Normally, such events take place behind closed doors but this year, Croft are offering spectators the opportunity to attend on the day – in exchange for a donation to their chosen charity, Race Against Dementia.
The charity has been championed by triple Formula 1 world champion Sir Jackie Stewart, whose wife Lady Helen was diagnosed with dementia in 2014.
There will be no admission charge to the test day, which runs from approximately 9.30am, but a minimum donation of five pounds per person on the gate is requested, all of which will go to the charity. There is no advance booking.
